A Love Letter to Venice

The members-only social club Neuehouse was launching a new location Venice and wanted to tell stories from the community. I provided creative oversight & DP’d the project for one of Media.Monk’s super-talented S4 fellows Arion Kidd-Weeks. From Kim K’s photographer to new restauranteurs, we captured what Venice means to different members of the community.

It was a multi-location shoot with minimal budget, so we got crafty with lighting and lenses. I opted for some OG Cooke Speed Panchros to give it that warm, vintage look—and, oh yea, It was also on a time crunch, so finding the right shots had to happen quick.
